How can I make my own personalized item?

Very easily! The design process is simplified into 3 steps. You can use any photo, logos, or text in your design.

  1. Upload an image, 2. Design your style, 3. Checkout. Just so easy.

Can I use an image with a transparent background?

Yes you can, and we highly recommend it. Our Customizer supports PNG format images with transparent backgrounds.

Which image formats can I use and how do I make one?

The following formats are supported by our Customizer: JPG, PNG and JPEG. Files can be a maximum of 4MB. The higher the resolution of the image uploaded, the better the end result, and the bigger your smile. You can create your 9:16 design beforehand using programs such as Adobe Photoshop or free tools such as Pixlr. Be sure to save your file in the formats previously mentioned to upload this image to our Customizer.

Can I use images from the internet?

Any picture with the correct format can be used (JPG, PNG or JPEG). Be aware that images taken from the internet and especially social media sites, such as Facebook, often have a low resolution. If you use images taken from the internet, check that the resolution is adequate for the desired end result. In addition, ensure that you do not infringe on any copyright or ownership trademarks when using images taken from the internet. Not sure if you are? Simply ask the photographer to be sure.

Can I use logos?

Any image in the correct file format (JPG, PNG, or JPEG) can be used. It’s important to check copyright/trademark rights when uploading a logo. The logo must be yours or you must have permission to use it. Are you not sure if you own the copyright/trademark? Please, contact the creator of the logo.

What is required from my computer to create a customized product?

Our Customizer supports the use of the following browsers: Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) or later, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Apple Safari. In order to use the upload function on mobile devices, the generation of IOS must not be older than 6 for iPhone and iPad. All android software is compatible.

I receive an error message when I try to create my order, why doesn’t it work?

If you are having trouble creating your order because of an error you are unable to upload a picture and order your item, please check the following:

  • Does your browser meet the requirements? Our Customizer supports the use of the following browsers: Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) or later, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Apple Safari. In order to use the upload function on mobile devices, the generation of IOS must not be older than 6 for iPhone and iPad. All android software is compatible.

  • Does the image you are trying to upload correspond to one of the following formats: JPG, PNG, or JPEG?

  • Does the image you are trying to upload exceed the maximum allowed size of 4MB? If so, you can crop the image to 9:16 to reduce the size and try again.

  • Is your internet connection stable and of a decent speed (5mbps+). When in doubt, move closer to your router or use a direct cable connection.

Can I submit an alternative delivery address?

Yes, you will be presented with the option to submit an alternative delivery address during checkout.

My order encountered an error and my shopping basket is now empty, can you fix this?

If your order failed to complete due to waiting too long between creation and purchase, or because of payment issues, you can easily find your order in your account dashboard. You can finalize your order by clicking “Re-Order” in your order overview.

I did not receive a confirmation email, was my order placed properly?

Be sure to check your junk or spam folder. If the confirmation email cannot be found in one of these folders and you have still not received an email from us, please let us know.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. As soon as the order has been placed, it is processed by the production facility immediately to ensure quick delivery. This is an automated process and the robots hate being interrupted. Jokes aside, please make sure you are happy with your design before checking-out.




PAYMENT

What payment methods are available?

We offer most payment methods. Payment methods available: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All connections through our website are secured using SSL encryption. This way we can ensure you have a safe online shopping experience.




SHIPPING

Yes, you will have a tracking link to follow the shipment of your order at any time. When your package shipped out, we'll send a email to tell you the tracking number and tracking link. Please keep in mind the tracking information can take a few hours to update after your order is shipped.

Where can I track my order?

After your package is shipped, you will receive the link to track your order via email. You can find this link in the Shipping confirmation email that you’ve received from us. Once you click on it, you will be redirected to the webpage of the carrier you chose.

Does my order fit through the mailbox?

In most cases, you are required to sign for your package. Please ensure you or someone will be available to receive your ordered item(s). Should the delivery address not have an accessible mailbox, please use an alternative delivery address. If a package is returned to us, we will charge a redelivery cost for the package to be sent.

What are the shipping costs and times?

The prices below do not include taxes.

When will I receive my order?

Based on our delivery history statistics, more than 95% of our orders are generally delivered within 1-2 weeks. The fastest delivery can be completed within 1 week, while the slowest delivery for 95% of orders can be completed within 2 weeks. Almost all European and American countries can have their orders delivered within 2 weeks.

However, unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays and customs clearance delays may cause delivery delays, which we cannot guarantee. Although the probability of such situations is very low, there may still be a very small number of orders that experience delays.




RETURNS & CANCELS

Is it possible to return or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. As soon as the order has been placed, it is processed by the production facility immediately to ensure quick delivery. This is an automated process and the robots hate being interrupted. Jokes aside, please make sure you are happy with your design before checking-out.

It's not possible to return or cancel customized items, however, you can contact us with details about the product and issues in email:support@customiphonecase.net if you are not totally happy with the item(s) received. We're ready to help you!

The easiest way to contact us is through email:support@customiphonecase.net. You will have a reply within 24 hours. However, in most cases, you can expect a reply within a matter of hours from our Support Team. We answer messages during office hours from Monday to Friday.
